      The purpose of your role:
      – To track and resolve all customer support queries associated with the Zeald product and service after production and delivery.
      – This role is centred on the timely successful resolution of customer support queries and assisting customers with e-business and guidance.
      Office hours – 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, weekends off!
