Job Title: Estimator/Take-off Specialist
Salary Range: Php 40,000-60,000
Working hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm PHT
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Purpose of the Role
The Estimator / Take-Off Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and professional quantity take-offs and estimates for composite cladding and decking product range.
This role supports the national sales team, specification team, and distribution partners by providing 100% accurate material calculations, including products and supporting accessories, within a 24-hour turnaround timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
A. Estimating & Quantity Take-Offs
- Complete detailed quantity take-offs from architectural drawings, plans, and sketches.
• Calculate the quantity of product required. Square metres (m²) and lineal metres for products and accessories.
• Prepare structured estimates for composite cladding and decking systems.
• Include all supporting accessories such as trims, clips and fixings.
• Apply appropriate waste and installation allowances.
B. Product & System Knowledge
- Develop strong knowledge of UDW composite cladding and decking systems.
• Understand installation methodologies and Australian building practices.
• Stay updated on product and system changes.
C. Accuracy, Quality & Turnaround
- Maintain circa 100% estimating accuracy.
• Deliver estimates within a 24-hour turnaround.
• Double-check all calculations prior to submission.
D. Sales & Stakeholder Support
- Support sales and specification teams with fast, reliable estimates.
• Respond to revisions and clarifications promptly.
• Escalate unclear documentation early.
E. Systems, Process & Documentation
- Use approved templates and systems consistently.
• Maintain organised estimate records for tracking progress and success
• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Estimating Accuracy: 100%
• Turnaround Time: ≤24 hours
• Rework/Error Rate: 0 errors
• Stakeholder Satisfaction: ≥95%
• Productivity: Meets weekly volume targets

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in estimating or quantity take-offs
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Understanding of building materials and systems

• Exposure to Australian construction industry preferred
