Job Title: Sales Support

Salary Range: P25k-35k

Working hours:  6:00 am to 2:30 pm PHT

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

 

Quotes / Quote Revisions 

  • Quotes and Revisions are prepared accurately and within SLA times to assist with maximising the potential of securing the sale.
  • Urgent quotes and revisions were completed within the timeframes requested. 
  • All quotes and revisions are completed within 24 hours of receipt of full and complete information.
  • All quotes and revisions are completed accurately and in line with the request details. 

 

Orders / Order Revisions

  • Orders and Revisions are prepared accurately and within SLA times to assist with maximising the potential of securing the sale. 
  • Urgent orders and revisions were completed within the timeframes requested. 
  • All orders and revisions are completed within 48 hours of receipt of full and complete information.
  • All orders and revisions are completed accurately and in line with the request details. 

 

Customer Contact

  • Assist the customer to the best of your ability, or pass them on to someone else who can help them. 
  •  Always maintain a positive and helpful attitude when speaking to customers. 
  • Take messages and pass them on to the appropriate person, where necessary. 
  • Log all customer contacts in CRM. 

 

Sales Team Support

  • You may be required from time to time to assist the sales team in ensuring information is processed correctly in CRM, e.g., updating existing requests, prioritising something as urgent, etc. 
  • Ensure you check with the sales team around any requests that are unclear, or if you believe they may have made a mistake in a request. 

 

Wider Business Support

  • Demonstrated understanding and commitment to company policy and procedure, including Company health and safety practices.
  • Be part of the wider team to ensure the team meets all key objectives, short and long term.
  • Assist in other projects/tasks as determined by your Manager 

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a focused role that requires sustained attention for extended periods.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of delivering results while managing conflicting priorities and instilling confidence in others.
  • Comfortable enforcing rules among colleagues in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to relate to a wide range of people openly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in administrative software (Outlook, Excel, etc.), quick to learn new software, and familiar with ERP systems.
  • Experience, skills, and passion for administrative work.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or administration is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Over 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, administration-focused role.
  • Demonstrable experience in customer service via phone and email.
  • Data entry and ERP experience preferred.
