Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Salary Range: P40,000- P50,000
Working hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm PHT
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be accountable for the following key results:
- Digital Design Creation
- Design and produce graphics (posters, newsletters, email campaigns, website banners, and other downloadable resources) using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
- Prepare and format white papers, guidance notes, and other collateral for digital distribution.
- Website & Email Management
- Update and maintain WordPress content, including uploading publications, blog posts, and optimising site navigation.
- Execute basic HTML tasks for email and website updates (no development required).
- Email Marketing Automation and Analytics
- Build and manage automated email workflows, drip campaigns, and behavioural triggers.
- Use A/B testing to optimise subject lines, content, and send times.
- Segment audiences and personalise messaging based on user behaviour and demographics
- Campaign Support & Execution
- Support marketing campaigns by creating assets that align with campaign goals and audience needs.
- Set up and manage lead generation forms and downloadable content to support conversion efforts.
- Campaign Reporting and Insight Generation
- Analyse campaign performance in depth and recommend improvements based on data trends.
- Create dashboards/reports for open rate, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Marketing Platform Skills
- Use and manage at least one major email marketing or marketing automation platform.
- Integrate email campaigns with CRM and website forms to support lead tracking and nurturing.
- Content Performance Optimisation
- Apply SEO best practices to blogs, news articles, and landing pages.
- Test and refine CTAs, page layouts, and navigation to improve conversions
- Collaboration & Workflow
- Work independently to deliver creative assets on time and to brief.
- Collaborate with internal copywriters, stakeholders and marketing manager/team members to ensure cohesive messaging and design.
- Quality & Brand Consistency
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Social media and digital marketing
- Support social media content creation and scheduling.
- Assist with basic analytics and reporting on content performance.
- Explore new tools and formats to enhance content delivery (e.g., Figma, video editing).
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (non-negotiable).
- Experience with WordPress content management.
- Basic HTML knowledge for marketing tasks.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design and content work.
- Ability to understand briefs, work independently, and deliver on time.
- Good soft skills for self-management and communication.
