Job Title: Senior Structural Design Drafter

Salary Range: Php 40,000-60,000

Working hours:  8:30am-4:30PM PHT

Work Schedule:  5 days a week (Exact schedule TBC)

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Structural Design Drafter to produce precise 2D and 3D structural drawings using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Inventor. You’ll work closely with engineers, transform concepts into reality, and ensure every design meets the highest standards. If you have strong structural drafting experience, an eye for detail, and a passion for bringing ideas to life, this role is for you!

 Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D structural drawings using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Inventor
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce accurate shop drawings for structural steel fabrication
• Ensure all designs comply with Australian Standards and project requirements
• Translate engineering concepts, sketches, and specifications into precise technical drawings for fabrication and construction
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to maintain design integrity and compliance with industry standards

   

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in structural design drafting, preferably in mining or heavy engineering
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (Inventor experience highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, welding, and fabrication processes
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Diploma or degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
• SolidWorks certification preferred but not required
