Job Title: Content Creator & Design Specialist

Salary Range: P25-30k

Working hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm 

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

You’ll bring strong design skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with our team. If you enjoy creating engaging content, managing multiple projects, and turning briefs into effective marketing assets, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce professional training videos.
• Design and format eBooks and training manuals.
• Create branded newsletters for clients and students.
• Develop engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials.
• Refresh and update existing content as needed to support salon and training school growth.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks when necessary

Key Attributes Required

• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in video editing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Strong written English skills with attention to branding and design consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with reliable communication.
• Passion for producing engaging social content.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, or education industries is considered an advantage.

Formal Qualifications:

• Proven video editing and graphic design experience (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software.
• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media content creation and trends.
• Background in beauty, wellness, or education industries preferred.
• Experience with Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
