Job Title: Senior Recruitment & HR Operations Specialist

Working Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (may be subject to change)

Are you a highly experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic recruitment and people operations? We are seeking a Senior Recruitment & HR Operations Specialist to lead and optimize our end-to-end talent acquisition process.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep recruitment expertise with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a positive, tech-driven mindset. You will play a key role in ensuring our organization attracts and retains exceptional talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement data-driven recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Utilize AI-enabled sourcing tools, digital platforms, and talent analytics to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Partner with department heads and executives to understand hiring needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct structured, engaging interviews that assess both capability and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active and future roles across multiple business units.

     

HR Operations & Administration

  • Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage HR documentation, contracts, compliance, and employee records with accuracy and discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and internal communications to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, internal communication, and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 7 – 10 years’ experience in recruitment and HR operations within a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite & Jobadder
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable mindset.
  • Professional, adaptable, and proactive attitude with a commitment to excellence and confidentiality.
