Salary Range:  P40,000- 60,000 GROSS PAY per month  (depending on skills and experience)

Working hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM PHT

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

 About the Role

As our Senior Accountant, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the Head of Finance in delivering high-quality financial analysis, risk assessments, compliance oversight, and systems improvements. You will work closely with various Dash10 clients and entities associated with Zeald, giving you exposure to dynamic business environments.

This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, values accuracy, and enjoys contributing to organizational growth.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analysis
• Develop and maintain rolling 90-day cash flow forecasts and organizational budgets
• Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights
• Manage the month-end closing process
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative financial data
• Evaluate, enhance, and document financial systems, SOPs, and processes
• Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments
• Perform detailed due diligence on target companies
• Support various projects and provide team coverage when needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and cash flow management
• Highly trustworthy with impeccable confidentiality
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in documents, spreadsheets, and general computer use
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with diverse tasks
• Experience in Odoo, external audit, NZ GST & FBT, or AU IAS is a plus
• A stable internet connection (with backup internet) at home is a MUST

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• Valid PRC license
