Job Title: Credit Writer / Lending Associate

Salary Range: P40-55k

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Work Schedule: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm PHT / 11:00 am to 7:30 pm NZT

As a Credit Writer / Lending Associate, you will support clients from the moment they make an enquiry all the way to settlement. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the mortgage and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the entire mortgage application process, from initial enquiry to final approval
• Gather and analyze financial information to assess client eligibility and determine appropriate lending solutions
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other key stakeholders to facilitate a smooth and efficient lending process
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to clients, ensuring their questions and needs are fully addressed
• Stay up-to-date with changes in mortgage regulations, lending policies, and market trends
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of lending processes, systems, and client experience

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a lending, mortgage, or financial services role
• Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, including product knowledge and lending policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial and mortgage-related software and systems
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy in managing financial information and documentation
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify tailored lending solutions for clients
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ongoing professional growth
• A stable internet connection (with backup internet) at home is a MUST
