We’re hiring a Campaign Operations Specialist to execute and optimise international digital marketing campaigns with accuracy, structure, and performance focus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years in marketing operations, campaign operations, or related data-driven roles
• Experience launching paid social, search, and email campaigns
• Experience setting up LinkedIn campaigns
• Experience building lead-nurturing workflows
• Familiarity with Go High Level, HubSpot, or Marketo

   

Core Responsibilities:

Campaign Setup & Execution

• Build and launch campaigns across multiple platforms
• Configure targeting, budgets, and scheduling
• Ensure technical and brand compliance

Tracking & QA

• Implement UTMs, pixels, and tracking frameworks
• Conduct detailed pre-launch checks
• Troubleshoot delivery and technical issues

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor campaign results regularly
• Implement optimisations to improve ROI
• Identify performance trends and anomalies

Workflow Management

• Maintain campaign calendars and documentation
• Improve processes for operational efficiency
• Coordinate with sales consultants for smooth lead endorsement

   

Reporting & Platform Management

• Prepare structured performance reports
• Translate data into actionable insights
• Maintain marketing platforms and audience lists
