Job Title: Accounting Administrator
Salary Range: P30,000 – P40,000 GROSS PAY per month
Working hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PHT
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Are you detail-oriented and great at keeping things organized? We’re looking for an Accounting Administrator to support our client’s finance and property management operations. In this role, you’ll handle invoices, rent reviews, accounts receivable, and debtor follow-ups while providing general administrative support and assisting with Opex washups.
If you have accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, this is your chance to make an impact as part of a dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities
- Creditor Invoices and Recharges:
Manage the receipt, verification, coding, and processing of creditor invoices, including preparation of recharge documentation where applicable. - Rent Reviews Processing:
Assist in the coordination and documentation of rent review schedules, ensuring accurate updates are made to lease and financial records. - Accounts Receivable:
Process incoming payments, maintain accurate receivables records, and assist in reconciling customer accounts. - Debtor Follow-ups:
Monitor aged receivables and professionally follow up with debtors regarding overdue accounts. - Operating Expense (Opex) Washups:
Contribute to the preparation and processing of Opex washups, including data collation, initial analysis, and entry into accounting systems. - General Administrative Support:
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the team, helping ensure smooth and efficient office operations. - Ad Hoc Tasks:
Perform additional duties as required, including one-off or time-sensitive assignments that support team priorities or operational needs.
Key attributes
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong accounting component.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger principles.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and highly organized.
- Ability to manage priorities, adapt to changing tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in property or facilities management administration is an advantage.
