Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer

Salary Range:  Php30,000- 35,000 GROSS PAY per month  (depending on skills and experience)

Working hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM PHT

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

 Are you someone with an eye for detail and a skill for keeping the books balanced? We are looking for a proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team and help drive our daily operations to success. If you thrive on meeting deadlines, solving puzzles, and providing top-tier customer service, we want to hear from you!

 Key responsibilities:

  • Timely Invoicing & Statements: Deliver accurate and timely accounts receivable services by managing daily operational activities, ensuring prompt invoicing for all orders.
  • Debtor Management: Control debtor balances by consistently maintaining minimal aged balances through proactive monitoring and follow-up.
  • Credit Management & Record Maintenance: Evaluate and process credit applications from potential clients, assessing credit worthiness and making informed credit decisions & setting up new customer

  • Reporting: Prepare and provide management with reports and documentation such as cash flow projection, offering insights into financial activities.
  • Transaction Review: Daily review of transactions and posting of receipts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests, queries, and complaints, fostering positive relationships.
  • Back up support for Accounts Payable function
  • Undertake a range of operational activities associated with accounts payable including supplier management and input, invoice processing, payment processing, expense reporting, maintaining files and records, assist in cash flow management, monthly reconciliations / statements and other relevant duties as required
  • Tasks required by the Accountant / Financial Manager

 

Skills/Attributes required to perform position responsibilities & achieve results/outcomes:

  • Knowledge of full function accounts receivable
  • Logical problem-solving ability with clear decision making skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
  • Verbal and Written communications skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work as a team and archive month end deadline, participate in team
  • projects, share information, knowledge and expertise.
  • Data Entry skills and must have attention to detail
  • Responds promptly to customer request, queries & complaints in professional manner

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience required
  • Full function Accounts Receivable knowledge
  • Certificate II or III highly regarded but not essential.
