Job Title: Adviser Associate

Salary Range: Php 25,000 – Php 35,000

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PHT or as agreed from time to time
Work Arrangement: WFH

We are seeking an Adviser Associate to support the mortgage advice process through strong administrative coordination and client communication. The role focuses on preparing mortgage applications, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring a smooth journey from application to settlement.

 

The ideal candidate brings strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in lending, banking, mortgage processing, or financial services. You will work closely with advisers, clients, lenders, and key stakeholders to support successful mortgage outcomes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Prepare and manage mortgage applications from submission through to approval and settlement 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system 
  • Communicate with clients regarding requirements, outstanding documents, and application updates 
  • Support advisers throughout the mortgage process, including client interaction and administrative tasks 
  • Liaise with lenders and product providers to progress applications 
  • Manage clients from initial enquiry through to settlement 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the process 
  • Book and coordinate client meetings for advisers 
  • Prepare, review, and process client documentation 
  • Perform AML and compliance checks as required 
  • Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner 
  • Handle general administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed 

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in mortgage administration, loan processing, banking, lending, or financial services support 
  • Experience preparing and managing mortgage applications through to settlement 
  • Strong CRM and client record management experience 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders 
  • Lending or banking experience is highly desirable 
  • Experience working with New Zealand or Australian clients or lenders is preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Quick to learn new systems and software
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach

Performance Measures

Success will be measured by accuracy and timeliness of mortgage processing, quality of CRM and file management, responsiveness to clients and advisers, compliance with procedures, and overall contribution to a positive client experience.
