Are you passionate about building cutting-edge AI solutions that make a real impact? We’re looking for a skilled AI Developer to join our fast-moving, fully remote team. You’ll collaborate directly with our Founder, Operations Manager, and Senior AI Developer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI systems from custom client solutions to tools that supercharge our operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy AI agents for both client projects and internal automation tools.
• Collaborate with the Senior AI Developer on architecture, optimisation, and new feature design.
• Use Claude Code and other LLM tooling as required to build, debug, and extend AI-driven workflows and programs.
• Integrate APIs, frameworks, and third-party services as needed to support project goals.
• Participate in agile development cycles, from scoping and implementation to review and refinement.
• Contribute ideas on improving internal processes, technical documentation, and AI experimentation practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven proficiency with Claude Code (non-negotiable).
• Hands-on experience developing or fine-tuning AI systems, including autonomous task execution.
• Solid programming foundation in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or equivalent) and prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience working in lean teams where adaptability and cross-functional communication are essential.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate business goals into functional AI solutions.
• A reliable internet connection and a fully functional laptop or desktop are essential to perform this role effectively from home.
