Job Title: AI Specialist

Salary Range: P60,000 – P80,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Working hours: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm PH time (may be required to work on a US time zone)

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Specialist who is not only proficient in chatbot development but also well-versed in fan marketing strategies. As our AI Specialist, you will be directly reporting to the Head of Operations and you will be instrumental in driving innovation and implementing advanced chatbot technologies to revolutionize customer interactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment of client needs to be translated to project requirements.
  • Adhere to the established processes, quality measures, and timeline surrounding chatbot development.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop automation experiences tailored to meet client needs.
  • Work with the team to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge chatbot solutions leveraging AI to enhance customer interactions and support across various platforms.
  • Continuously optimize chatbot performance through analysis of user interactions and feedback.
  • Implementing AI and chatbot strategies provided by the Strategy Team and consulting on possibilities of using AI to enhance the strategy.
  • Develop and execute fan-centric marketing campaigns, particularly in the realms of sports, music, and enterprise, to foster brand loyalty and drive fan engagement.
  • Utilize AI tools to analyze & respond to fan behavior, preferences, and trends to inform targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Integrate chatbots into marketing automation systems to streamline communication processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing infrastructure.Examples include integrations with EDM systems, CRM’s, SMS, etc.
  • Implement analytics tools to track the performance of chatbots and marketing campaigns.
  • Regularly analyze data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
  • Provide necessary assessment or advice for client reports.



Key Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Marketing, or related field.
  • In-depth understanding & ability to develop AI technologies, machine learning, and natural language processing.
  • Experience in developing and implementing chatbots, particularly through ManyChat and/or UChat, and preferably in a marketing context. It would be great to provide a portfolio of past projects (screenshots and/or links).
  • Experience developing chatbots/automation on multiple social media channels (i.e., Facebook Messenger, Instagram).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong interest in sports and music
  • Ability to work across US and Australian time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team
  • Creative mindset with a focus on innovative solutions to enhance user experiences.
  • Preferably with experience in working with teams and multiple projects.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide needed solutions.
