Job Title: CAD Operator / Architectural Technician

Salary Range: Php 30,000-Php50,000

Working hours: starts at 07:00am PHT (subject to change)

Work Schedule:  Monday to Friday

We’re hiring CAD Operator / Architectural Technician!!! Are you the type of person who notices a missing flashing detail from across the room? Do you know NZS 3604 like the back of your hand? If so, we want you in our studio.We are looking for a technical powerhouse to help us transform residential concepts into building consent documentation. You won’t just be “drawing lines”—you’ll be a core part of a team delivering some of the finest homes in New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation: Produce comprehensive working drawings and full building consent sets for New Zealand residential projects.
• Compliance: Ensure all drawings meet the requirements of the NZ Building Code and local council standards.
• Technical Detailing: Create accurate construction details (timber framing, weatherboarding, roofing, and foundations) specific to NZ construction methods.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our NZ-based architectural designers to refine designs and resolve technical challenges.
• Project Flow: Manage multiple sets of drawings simultaneously while maintaining high standards

Qualifications:

• General Experience: Minimum 5 years.
• NZ/AU Experience: Direct experience in producing working drawings and building consent documentation for residential homes.
• Technical: Proficiency in ArchiCAD software
• Knowledge: A good understanding of NZS 3604 and residential construction detailing.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills. You should be comfortable collaborating via video calls and written briefs.
• Setup: A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a workstation capable of handling heavy architectural files.
