Job Title: Capital Allocation Accountant
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Salary: P35,000 – P45.000

 

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investment & Capital Allocation Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a key player in our organization, you will contribute to the strategic management of our financial resources, analyzing investment opportunities and capital allocation to support growth and success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to evaluate investment opportunities and develop capital allocation strategies.
  • Provide actionable financial insights to senior management on business performance, investment risks, and potential returns.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial forecasting models to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business initiatives and projects.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform business planning and resource allocation.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in financial processes.
  • Recommend strategies for optimizing capital structure and enhancing financial resources.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Fully qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent certification).
  • Proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or investment appraisal.
  • In-depth understanding of capital allocation, financial modeling, and investment analysis techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software (Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a results-driven mindset.
