Job Title: Compliance Assurance Adviser
Salary Range: P30,000-45,000
Working hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm PHT
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery
- Audit and Assurance Reports: Prepare reports that measure client compliance with
legislative and regulatory expectations.
- Workpapers Documentation: Complete audit/review workpapers by documenting all tests
and findings to a high standard.
- Client Compliance: Ensure client compliance with established procedures by examining
records, reports, and operating practices.
- Client Understanding: Understand client’s business prior to starting any audit/review work.
- Conversational Techniques: Use conversational techniques to establish the adequacy of
internal compliance programmes.
- Client Care: Maintain a high level of client care throughout the engagement by
recommending new policies, procedures, and controls that add value to the client’s business.
- Communication: Communicate audit/review findings by discussing draft/final report findings
with clients.
- Training: Provide training based on competency to clients either face-to-face or virtually.
Operational Excellence
- Internal Processes: Ensure all internal processes and procedures are adhered to improve
productivity and client satisfaction.
- Resource Planning: Optimise personal resource planning and business utilisation.
- Activity Tracking: Track and report on key activities being undertaken.
- Issue Reporting: Inform management of resource issues/obstacles in a timely fashion.
- System Updates: Update registers, CRM, and SharePoint to maintain an accurate account of
client activity.
- Timesheets: Ensure timesheets are completed to management expectations.
Team Collaboration
- Team Support: Be a team player, willing to assist the team when required.
- Policy Adherence: Adhere to all client internal policies and processes.
- Meeting Participation: Attend all internal meetings and provide constructive feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace a culture of continuous improvement for both self and
the business.
Individual Development
- Legislative Understanding: Maintain a high level of understanding of legislative compliance
requirements by studying applicable legislation and regulations.
- Professional Knowledge: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending
educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in appropriate
professional societies.
- Documentation Updates: Contribute to ensuring all compliance templates, manuals, and
other documentation is kept up to date with changing legislation, regulation, codes, and
Regulator Guidance Notes.
- Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to both clients and other staff when
required.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with a professional attitude and inquisitive mindset.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Proven track record in customer-facing professional service products and projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Client and Management Interaction: Experience dealing with clients and senior management.
- Account Management: Strong account management abilities.
- Pressure Handling: Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise effectively, meet deadlines,and manage multiple demands while remaining resilient in stressful situations.
- Attention to Detail: Consistently produces high-quality work with great attention to detail.

- Accountability: Takes accountability for issues and actions, leveraging relationships to meet client and internal expectations.
