We are looking for enthusiastic, talented, and self-driven individuals to join our team as a Data Entry/Research Analyst. The purpose of your role is to support the strategic objectives of the company by providing detailed research and analysis on potential acquisition targets within specified industries, with a primary focus on childcare sectors. The role involves intensive data entry, research, and analysis to assist decision-making and operational efficiency.


Key responsibilities:

  • Research Analysis: Conduct detailed research into industries of interest, specifically childcare, to identify potential acquisition targets. Utilize scraping tools for deep dives into company data.
  • Data Entry and Management: Enter and manage data with high accuracy in HubSpot and Excel. Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data consistency on a daily basis.
  • Contact Discovery and Outreach: Locate and verify contact details of key personnel in potential target companies. Perform outbound calls to establish initial contact and verify information.
  • Report Generation: Develop and maintain reports on research findings, ensuring detailed documentation of data sources and methodologies.
  • Process Coordination: Follow established processes diligently, including working through subscribed sites and the companies office for necessary data.
  • Goal-Oriented Tasks: Achieve weekly targets as set by the management, ensuring a consistent flow of quality data.


Key Attributes:

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and a high standard of attention to detail.
  • Experience in Research and Data Entry: Proven track record in research roles with significant use of data entry and scraping tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills, capable of making outbound calls and handling communication effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using HubSpot, Excel, and other relevant data management and research tools.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work through large volumes of data and identify relevant information efficiently.
