Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Salary Range:  P35,000- 40,000 GROSS PAY per month  (depending on skills and experience)

Working hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM PHT

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram with a focus on lead generation.
  • Build and optimize marketing and sales funnels in Go High Level, including automation workflows.
  • Create and schedule engaging visual content for social media using Canva and other design tools.
  • Manage client onboarding and serve as the main point of contact, providing updates and campaign reports.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare daily performance reports, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Research and implement AI tools to improve content creation, lead nurturing, and business efficiency.

Key attributes required

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing paid social media and Google Ads campaigns for service-based businesses.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads campaign setup, management, and optimization across Search, Display, and Video.
  • Proficient with Go High Level (GHL) or similar marketing automation platforms, including funnel building and workflow automation.
  • Skilled in creating visual content with Canva and managing content scheduling across social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience using project management tools, particularly ClickUp.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to research and implement AI tools to improve efficiency and lead nurturing.
