Job Title:  Digital Marketing / Technical Assistant VA

Salary Range: P30,000-35,000

Working hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm PHT

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Are you a Go HighLevel expert with a passion for affiliate marketing and helping businesses grow through smart automation? We’d love to have you on our team! As a Go HighLevel Specialist, you’ll play a key role in launching and supporting our white-label version—Go HighLevel NZ (GHLNZ)—designed for marketing agencies across New Zealand. You’ll also assist with technical aspects of early sales calls and help onboard new agencies using our custom-built snapshot. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and eager to bring fresh ideas to a growing business, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer sales enquiries via email and social media.
• Check marketing emails from other affiliates and Go HighLevel’s social media, and adapt relevant content for our own GHLNZ accounts.
• Provide background technical support to affiliate accounts where necessary, but primarily refer them to Go HighLevel Support.
• Update the website with new features and notify affiliate clients via email.
• Provide weekly training to Suzanne Edington on new features to support her during sales calls.
• Manage and update the CRM (Capsule) with all relevant information, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Assist in creating email campaigns, including content creation.
• Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling.
• Take notes during meetings and ensure action items are communicated and followed up on.
• Conduct research as requested.
• Design and schedule social media posts.

• Create content as needed.
• Build websites for small to medium-sized businesses, if time allows.
• Provide technical support to existing clients for websites, automations, and other features

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience using Go HighLevel software
• Preferably holds a Go HighLevel training certification
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain technical and sales features in fluent English
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working closely with the business owner and taking initiative in training, marketing, and sales tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
