Key responsibilities:

  • Financial Administrative tasks such as:
  • Expense reporting
  • Address clients’ concerns or queries via phone call or email
  • Data entry and Data tidying
  • Writing SOPs, Processes & Systems
  • Bookkeeping
  • Data management
  • Report writing and statements of advice 
  • Send arrears notice and upload it onto CRM
  • Management of the CRM 
  • Record client communications into CRM
  • Update client contact/address details
  • Administrative support
  • Email inbox management across multiple emails (prioritising emails, sorting into folders, drafting emails, determining key actions from emails, following up and calendaring events accordingly)
  • Management of calendar (scheduling appointments, sending reminders)
  • Creating written documents
  • Calendaring, writing up emails and coordinating all relevant tasks
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • Good researcher
  • Travel planning and booking

Key Attributes:

  • Good with CRM systems, email communication
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Would suit someone working in Banking and has Finance experience
  • Has 1-2 years of work-related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
  • Smart, Proactive and a fast learner
  • Courteous, positive, polite, accountable, and adaptable
  • Has a willingness to learn
  • Good problem solver – Takes initiative. 
  • Xero Bookkeeping an advantage, otherwise a must learn!
