Our client care specialists are all about helping clients achieve their website’s full potential, from the start of their project, down to its launch (and beyond). They guide our clients through the Zeald website process and the necessary steps to further improve their website functionality and online presence.
Our stellar front line team are made up of relationship management specialists, who liaise between the service delivery team and the clients throughout the website process, and customer support specialists, who handle queries on running and improving our clients’ websites.
Relationship Manager Support
Also called the RMS’s, they assist our New Zealand-based Relationship Managers (RM’s) in liaising with our clients and our internal operations team, and with administrative work to help our RM’s focus on managing client relationships and expectations.
Customer Support Specialists
Our customer support specialists handle inbound queries via phone, email or live-chat. With their technical expertise, they aim to help clients make the most of their online presence by answering questions related to running and improving their websites.
Pre-Sales Support Specialist
Works with our Sales Team and other internal staff, setting client expectations and supplying detailed answers to Products and Services questions where required. Another essential role of the Pre-Sales Support Specialist is to provide accurate estimates for customised website functionality for new and existing clients.
