Job Title: General VA

Salary Range: P32,000

Working hours: Monday to Friday; 6:00 am to 2:30 pm PH time and PH holidays off

 

Join our team as a General Virtual Assistant! We’re looking for someone smart, proactive, and detail-oriented with experience in digital marketing, admin, and bookkeeping. You’ll handle day-to-day tasks, manage social media content end-to-end, and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration
      • Provide administrative support which includes and is not limited to: 
        1. Preparing documents (from Template Library)
        2. Organising files
        3. Coordination of marketing efforts
      • Completion of bookkeeping functions which include: 
        1. Bank reconciliation
        2. Accounts payable and receivable
        3. Standardised reminders
  • Social Media Marketing
    • Gather content from ChatGTP and store in Excel spreadsheets
    • Use pre-determined canva templates to design content
    • Schedule and manage the posting of all content across all social media platforms via Hootsuite
    • Grow connections on LinkedIn using a templated message
    • Assist in creating content relevant to all marketing mediums including but not limited to:
  1. Articles/Blogs
  2. Social media posts
  3. Graphics

 

Key Attributes:

    • Has 2 years of work related experience
    • Has experience in any of the following programmes or something similar:
      • Asana (Project Management Tool)
      • Xero
      • Hootsuite 
      • Canva
      • ChatGPT
      • Google Suite
    • Highly proactive and flexible with a willingness to complete a wide range of tasks and assignments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a high level of proficiency in English 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask 
  • Strongly self-motivated with a high-level of commitment to the role.
  • Courteous, positive, polite, accountable, and adaptable
  • Has willingness to learn
