Job Title: Inventory Assistant
Salary Range: P30,000 – P35,000 GROSS PAY per month
Working hours: 5am to 1:30pm PHT
Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday

You’ll play an essential part in managing stock levels, supporting daily warehouse operations, and providing the data that drives smart business decisions. Key Responsibilities
Inventory Lifecycle Management
- Monitor and manage aged inventory and end-of-line (EOL) product lifecycle.
- Support decision-making around clearance, markdowns, and product phase-out.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate regular reports on product sales performance and inventory movement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends.
Stock Movement & Transfers
- Oversee interbranch transfers and ensure accurate documentation.
- Manage warehouse-to-store flow, ensuring timely and correct stock allocation.
- Adjust stock between states (e.g. Indent, Damaged, Display) as requested.
Inventory Administration
- Manage the inventory administration email inbox, triaging and responding to queries.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and adjustments requested by stores.
- Locate stock in the system to fulfil customer orders.
- Escalate unresolved or complex inventory issues to relevant team members.
Stock Adjustments & Returns
- Process stock adjustments in stores when requested, including investigation of discrepancies.
- Assist with the system processing of customer returns.
- Record and maintain accurate data for display products as inventory.
Stocktake Support
- Assist the Inventory manager stocktake preparation.
- Investigate and report ongoing stock issues identified through inventory email management.
System Oversight
- Run weekly reports to ensure inventory is being managed correctly within systems.
- Liaise with stores, warehouses, and other departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
Retail Administration Support
- Support day-to-day retail administration tasks to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
