Job Title: Inventory Planner (WFH)

Salary Range: PHP 35,000 to PHP 45,000

Working hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm PHT

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Inventory Planner to join our team in a permanent work-from-home setup based in the Philippines.

In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager – Operations & Supply Chain to support inventory planning, stock management, reporting, and supplier coordination across multiple branches in Australia.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in inventory and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory planning across multiple Australian branches
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure stock availability
  • Analyse inventory data and prepare reports and KPI tracking
  • Coordinate purchase requirements with global suppliers
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, lead times, and delivery schedules
  • Review sales trends and forecast future stock requirements
  • Identify stock shortages, excess stock, and inventory improvement opportunities
  • Support inventory accuracy and ERP data management
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including operations, warehouse, and procurement teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, procurement, or logistics
  • Strong inventory management and forecasting knowledge
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
  • Experience using ERP or inventory systems (MYOB experience is an advantage)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup
