Job Title: Product Assistant
Salary Range: Php 25,000-35,000
Working hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm PHT
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a skill for organization and a passion for product lifecycle management? We are seeking a proactive Product Assistant to join our team.
In this pivotal support role, you will assist the Group Product Manager and Product Manager in both daily operations and strategic projects. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our product data, supporting internal communications, and ensuring our portfolios are represented accurately across all platforms.
Product Assistant duties include:
- Assisting Group Product Manager & Product Manager in BAU and project-based activities including but not limited to:
- General administrative support
- Data entry
- Population and ongoing management/updates of master Product Information Register
- Compiling information for internal handovers
- Compiling data / sales reporting
- Coordinating third party sampling
- Drafting product bulletin content, training documents and internal communications
- Coordinating training sessions
- Monitoring of competitor pricing and in market activity
- Competitor pricing comparisons
- Updating of master IP register
- Working with IT to access data, summarising and analysis
- Handover of product information to external provider of 3D special planning tool and checking
- Tender data entry
- Document filing in Teams
- Website Back-end updates
- Monitoring Product inbox – triaging and responding to internal product queries where possible (seeking out information relative to products in Furnware & Sebel portfolios) queries@reseroproduct.com
Core Competencies
- Strong organization, time management and the ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail across data, imagery and documentation.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable with data, accuracy checks and structured processes.
- Proactive and reliable; follows instructions, asks clarifying questions and closes tasks.
- Clear written communication and the ability to translate technical info into simple language when required.
- Collaborative and comfortable working across Product and other internal stakeholders.
Technical Skills
- Solid Microsoft Office capability, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for resizing, templated edits and preparing assets as directed.
- File and digital asset management skills (naming conventions, version control, organised folder structures).
- Ability to follow brand guidelines to prepare visual materials.
- Quality checking of product data, visuals, labels, warranties and documentation.
- Willingness to learn simple spatial tools.
Experience
- Background in product coordination, administration or analytical support.
- Exposure to product updates, content preparation or handovers for designers/agencies.
- Manufacturing or furniture sector experience is useful but not required.
